These terms apply to everyone who uses thedailysummit.com (the “site”). The site is run by The Daily Summit, operated by an individual based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

The Daily Summit publishes news, explainers and analysis for general information. Stories are built from public sources, which we name and link. Read how we work in our editorial policy and how we use AI.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. Do not make decisions based only on what you read here; speak to a qualified professional. See our disclaimer.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to be accurate, but news changes quickly and mistakes happen. We do not guarantee that every piece of content is complete, current or error-free. When we find an error we correct it under our corrections policy.

4. Our content and how you may use it

The text, headlines, design, logo and other original material on the site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Photos belong to their photographers and are credited in captions.

You may:

• read and share links to our articles;
• quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the original article.

You may not, without our written permission:

• republish, sell or redistribute whole articles or substantial parts of them;
• remove credits, copyright notices or links;
• copy the site in bulk, including by scraping, crawling or automated collection, or use our content to train AI or machine-learning systems.

We link to other websites, mostly our sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We are not responsible if the site is unavailable for any period.

As far as the law allows, we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you break these terms and someone makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that we incur because of it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
