Accessibility

Our commitment to a site everyone can read.

Last updated October 25, 2026

We want The Daily Summit to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Pages are plain, fast HTML that works without JavaScript.
  • Text meets contrast guidelines, and the site works when zoomed to 200%.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a “skip to content” link and visible focus outlines.
  • Photos have text descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Headings and landmarks give the page a clear structure.

Known limits

Search needs JavaScript. The homepage news landscape is a visual summary; each peak in it is a link announced with its section, time and headline, and the latest stories also appear as normal links further down the page.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, email hello@thedailysummit.com with the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
